Everything below is on the nameplate sticker of your unit and on the invoice we left with you. Can't find it? Call us and we'll read it off the job file.
- Model & serial numbersOne pair per unit — indoor and outdoor are registered separately.
- Installation dateThe date the equipment was placed in service, not the purchase date.
- Installation addressThe property where the equipment lives, plus your contact details.
- Installer informationTwisted Air & Refrigeration — license TACLB00151021E. Our invoice has everything else.
The registration window is short — usually 60 days from install.
Miss it and the equipment typically drops to the shorter base warranty instead of the full registered term. Exact terms, lengths, and deadlines are set by the manufacturer — confirm them on the registration page before you submit.
